He has spent over five years at Strand Therapeutics, progressing from Manager of Talent Acquisition through Senior Manager and Associate Director roles to his current position as Director of People Sciences, where he oversees HR business partnering, talent acquisition, immigration, talent management, employee engagement, total rewards, DEIB, and compliance. Before Strand, he worked as an Executive Recruiter at PharmaLogics Recruiting, a life sciences-focused global recruiting firm.
