Michael Marsh is an HR executive with broad experience across manufacturing, biotech, and specialty pharma. He served as Human Resources Executive at Spero Therapeutics from 2021 to 2024, and has since worked as Acting Human Resources Director at SVP Worldwide, in addition to interim HR leadership roles at Ananke Therapeutics and Millendo Therapeutics, where he supported HR through a company wind-down. Earlier in his career, he spent over four years as Human Resources Director at Nemak, overseeing HR across nine manufacturing plants and a workforce of 2,500.
