Matt Krause is an HR executive focused on creating engaging work environments where people do their best work. He has served as SVP Human Resources at Maze Therapeutics since 2019, leading HR for a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing precision medicines for kidney and metabolic diseases. Before Maze, he was VP Human Resources at Global Blood Therapeutics for over five years, and earlier co-founded Uncorked Ventures and served as Senior HR Director at Audience, Inc.
