Lori Escobedo is an experienced senior HR leader with a career spanning global HR leadership across the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. She has spent five years with Dewpoint Therapeutics, progressing from Chief People Officer to Chief People and Administrative Officer, and now serves as a Consultant to the company. Before Dewpoint, she was an HR Executive Partner for R&D and Legal at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and spent over four years at Novartis in a series of global HR leadership roles spanning supply chain, cell & gene therapy, and NTO strategy across the US, Switzerland, and Germany. Earlier in her career, she was Director of Human Resources at Sandoz for eight years.
