Krissy Carroll is an accomplished HR leader with deep expertise partnering with senior leaders to align people strategy with business priorities in science-driven organizations, leading initiatives across workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and change management. She has spent over three years at Prime Medicine, joining as Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner in 2023 before moving into her current role as Vice President, HR Business Partner and People Operations in 2025. Before Prime Medicine, she spent nearly two years at C4 Therapeutics, and earlier held HR leadership roles at Boston University School of Public Health and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.
