She has spent six years at Entrada Therapeutics, joining as Head of Human Resources before progressing to Vice President, People and then her current role as Senior Vice President, Head of People & Culture since 2023. Before Entrada, she held talent and organizational development roles at Sage Therapeutics, and led HR and learning & development as Head of Human Resources / VP, People Operations at Velir.
