Kate O’Brien

Kate O’Brien brings 25 years of experience in HR, change management, and organizational development. She spent over a year and a half as Senior Director of Human Resources at Remix Therapeutics, where she was hired to stand up the HR function for a rapidly growing Series B biotech, reporting directly to the CEO and acting as advisor to the C-suite. Before that, she spent six years at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, building the organization’s people analytics function from the ground up and later expanding into HR operations, overseeing Workday HRIS, immigration, and compliance. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from William James College and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
