Kara Clarke builds high-impact teams focused on transforming cancer care. She joined Treeline Biosciences in 2021 as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, moving into her current role as Senior Director, People Operations in 2024. Before Treeline, she spent time as Senior Talent Partner at Foundation Medicine and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Solid Biosciences, building talent functions across precision oncology and rare disease biotechs. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade in talent acquisition and business development at Aerotek, working across the defense, medical device, and automotive industries before moving into life sciences.
