Heather Hamel joined Dewpoint Therapeutics in 2025 as Head of Legal, and has since expanded into her current role as General Counsel, Head of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary. Before Dewpoint, she spent nearly a decade at InVivo Therapeutics, rising from Associate, Legal Counsel to Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Head of Business Development, and led legal and business development matters through the company’s acquisition by Globus Medical. In between, she worked as an independent legal consultant supporting two publicly traded biotechnology companies on legal, business development, and investor relations matters.
