Domenica Estrella is a self-motivated strategic leader with 10 years of experience in corporate communications and change management across global and regional transformations. She has spent nearly six years at Roche, progressing from Change & Communications Lead for the Americas through several roles of increasing scope, including managing HR communications for the $3.1bn Carmot Therapeutics acquisition, to her current role managing the People & Culture workstream across 10+ acquisitions spanning North America, the UK, EMEA, and APAC. Before Roche, she led communications and engagement for Western Union and the Global Mining Guidelines Group. She is also an Ambassador for One Young World and Co-Founder & Director of Communications and Marketing at Cacique Costa Rica.
