Caroline Sprague has spent her career building HR business partnerships across biotech and life sciences. She joined Wave Life Sciences in 2024 as Senior Director, People & Culture Business Partner, following a role as Director, HR Business Partner at Apellis Pharmaceuticals. Before that, she spent over five years at Agios Pharmaceuticals, progressing from HR Business Partner Manager through to Director of Human Resources. Earlier in her career, she completed EMC/Dell’s HR Leadership Development Program, working in learning and development within their Talent & Culture Center of Excellence. Caroline holds an MBA in Corporate Communication from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and a BA in Communication from Hamilton College.
