She served as Chief People Officer at Clasp Therapeutics from 2024 to early 2026, and spent over five years at Casma Therapeutics, rising from VP, People & Culture to SVP, People + Culture. Earlier in her career, she held people leadership roles at Neon Therapeutics, Daktari Diagnostics, and GNS Healthcare, and worked at Takeda Oncology.
