Anna O’Driscoll has spent her career building HR leadership across biotech, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer at City Therapeutics since 2025. She previously served as Chief People Officer at Cellarity, and spent five years at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, rising from Senior Director, HR Business Partner to Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier in her career, she held HR business partner roles of increasing seniority at Shire, spanning gastrointestinal and internal medicine business units, after completing Johnson & Johnson’s HR Leadership Development Program.
