She has been Chief People Officer at Terray Therapeutics since 2024, where she helps shape company vision, strategy, and values while building an inclusive culture that drives growth for the team applying computational data science and generative AI to small molecule drug discovery. Anna is also a passionate advocate for the arts, serving as Board Member Emeritus at Able ARTS Work, which provides creative arts opportunities to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
