Amy is currently the Head of Talent at Ardelyx in Waltham, MA. She brings over 25 years of experience and a wealth of talent and process optimization experience to the role. She has worked in senior positions in-house and in consulting organizations where she has led over 40 organizational builds, heavily on the Commercial side. Her experience in program management, organizational readiness and network in the industry has been invaluable to us already. Amy also brings talent and HR experience across all non-commercial functions in the biopharma space and has spent time working with leading life sciences organizations such as Biogen, Genzyme, EMD Serono and Vertex, but also with emerging, high growth companies looking to scale.
