Adam Thomas is an experienced biotech Chief People Officer and Chief Administrative Officer with a career spanning HR leadership at SC Johnson, Shire Pharmaceuticals, and Synlogic, where he progressed from Chief Human Resources Officer to Chief People Officer & Corporate Secretary. He joined MOMA Therapeutics in 2024, initially as Chief People & Experience Officer before moving into his current role as Chief Administrative Officer. In 2026, he also became Fractional Chief People Officer / Chief Administrative Officer at Maeve, combining fractional client engagements with his ongoing role at MOMA Therapeutics.
